How 45 Minutes Can Change Your Life

I’ll start with some simple numbers.
They say that the average local business owner only reaches 62% of their goals in a year..
62%. That's 3 out of 5 goals.
Brav, the passing grade in high schools is 60%. They’re only barely passing!
When you actually think about it, it’s a low statistic. Let’s bring this up to 90%.
First things first, you must have a goal in place if you want to achieve it.
But, most local business owners are busy providing their services.
So, what you need is dedicated time where you think about future goals and how to achieve them.
One at a time. Doesn’t have to be 37 goals all at once.
Listen, this is important here. It’s what makes the difference between making a few thousands a month to hundreds of thousands to even millions of dollars.
This is the most important practice in 2025. Yes, a month in, and I already think it’s the best practice to have.
Take a pencil and paper. Lock yourself in a room for 45 minutes. No phones, no electronics, no music, nothing. Just think.
Then, I want you to write down a goal you want to reach, and a few ways to reach that goal.
Be creative. Be funny. Think. Write down everything that comes to mind, no matter how absurd.
Once the 45 minutes are up, look at what you have. If you’re happy with one, perfect. Take that one and just go do it (that’s the most important part–more on that later).
If not, keep going until you find one you want to try out.
Let me give you an example.
“How to lose 10lbs”
Eat less food.
Go on a 1h walk everyday.
Get a liposuction.
Run everyday.
Drink more water.
Stop eating (fasting, I mean. I’m not suicidal).
Lift weights.
Practice a sport.
Drink more coffee/tea.
Do HIIT training everyday.
Work standing instead of sitting.
Cut myself open, burn the fat with a torch.
Cook my own food so that I know what and how much I’m eating.
If fat donations are a thing, do that.
Pray.
Do calisthenics.
…
I found 16 in the span of 10 minutes.
The best part is that I can combine multiple ones.
I can combine running, drinking more water, lifting weights, doing a sport, work standing and I will quickly achieve my goal.
And, did you notice that I had come up with some weird, borderline psychopathic ideas?
I still wrote them down, because they might open the door to other, useful ideas.
The next step is just as important: DO IT.
Just do it.
Because you might come up with the best idea, the best plan, but if you don’t do it, it stays a plan. Nothing else. And that’s worthless.
So, let’s tackle the other part of the equation.
How to push past the fear and put your plan into action.
Fear of failure is very real. Everyone has it.
You’re about to try something for the first time, but you’re not 100% sure of it.
Well, test it out! Then, you’ll have your answer.
Let’s say I choose to do #10 from the list above.
2 things can happen:
I lose 10lbs eventually.
That’s great. Goal achieved. Onto the next one.
I don’t lose 10lbs.
That’s fine. I now know that this doesn’t work for me. I learned something. Let’s try another one.
And I’ll go down my list until my goal is achieved.
But, the secret to doing this is to do it immediately after you’ve thought about it.
Don’t wait 2 days before you start. The more you wait before taking action, the more your brain will convince itself to NOT do it because it is scared.

Weird, counter-productive thoughts like these never get you anywhere.
So, start right now. And once you do, you’ll soon forget completely about the initial fear.
